At Your Memories To Cherish, we take immense pride in hand-crafting and laser-engraving each of our custom cutting boards, glass boards, and insulated tumblers. Because each piece is personalized and uniquely made to order, we maintain a specialized return policy.
1. Custom and Personalized Items
Due to the permanent nature of custom engraving and personalization, all sales of customized products are final.

- We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for personalized items because they cannot be resold.
- Please double-check all personalization requests, text spellings, and design selections before submitting your order. We engrave exactly what is provided in the order details.
2. Order Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your custom order, please contact us at Orders@Yourmemoriestocherish.com within 12 to 24 hours of placing your purchase.

- Once our workshop begins cutting the wood, preparing the glass, or running the laser engraver for your specific design, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.
3. Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If there is a mistake on our part, or if your item arrives damaged in transit, we will make it right immediately!
Please inspect your package upon delivery. Contact us within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your package if:

- The engraving spelling or design does not match the exact text you provided on your order receipt.
How to request a replacement:

4. Non-Customized Items (If Applicable)
If you purchase any non-personalized items from our store:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
