  Thank you for visiting and shopping at Your Memories To Cherish! We hand-craft and laser-engrave each of our custom cutting boards, glass boards, and insulated tumblers right here in our workshop. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
  1. Processing & Production Time
  Because our items are personalized and custom-made to order, please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before your order ships.
  - Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
  - If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment. [1]
  2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
  We ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories.
  - Standard Shipping:
  - Estimated Delivery: 3 to 7 business days after production is complete.
  - Carrier: Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and a tracking link will be emailed to you the moment your label is printed. [1]
  3. International Shipping (Canada & Germany)
  We are thrilled to officially offer international shipping to our customers in Canada and Germany! All prices on our website dynamically update to your local currency (CAD or Euros) based on your browsing location.
  International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your package:
  - Canada Shipping Tiers: Rates dynamically populate at checkout depending on your cart weight.
  - Germany Shipping Tiers: Rates dynamically populate at checkout depending on your cart weight.
  - Estimated Delivery: International transit typically takes 7 to 21 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing speeds.
  4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important for International Buyers)
  - For Canadian Buyers: Goods entering Canada may be subject to GST/HST and local customs processing fees collected by Canada Post upon delivery.
  - For German Buyers: In full compliance with the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), our packaging is officially registered with the LUCID database and fully licensed through Lizenzero. Local VAT and import duties may be assessed and collected at the border by Deutsche Post prior to final delivery.
  - General: [Your Memories To Cherish] is not responsible for any customs, duties, or local taxes applied to your package by your home government. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  5. Damages & Lost Packages
  If you receive your order damaged (e.g., cracked wood or broken glass), please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at Orders@yourmemoriestocherish.com with photos of the damage. We will happily work with you to file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement!
