Processing & Production Time
- Custom Orders: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for engraving and preparation before your item ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Delivery Time: Typically 2 to 5 business days once shipped.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your label is printed.
International Shipping (Canada & Germany)
We proudly ship our wooden, rubberwood, and glass products globally!
- Canada Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days (Economy International).
- Germany Delivery Time: 10 to 21 business days (Economy International).
- No Surprise Fees: Customs duties and local taxes are calculated directly at checkout. You will not face unexpected delivery fees.
Packaging & Fragile Items
- Glass & Heavy Items: Our glass products are wrapped in heavy-duty protective bubble shielding to guarantee safe transit over long distances.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with a photo of the package, and we will issue a replacement.
- Tumblers & Drinkware: Our laser-engraved tumblers are boxed or securely wrapped to prevent surface scratches, dents, or lid cracking during long-distance international transit.
